The Patelco 手机应用程序 works best when you meet these requirements:

  • 有Patelco账户吗
  • Register for online banking via our desktop site or the 移动 app
  • Have a recent Apple or Android device

更新 & 安装常见问题

    Most installation issues can be solved by addressing the following:
    设备不符合要求
    Your device may not meet the minimum requirements. 确保你的设备运行的是最新的iOS或Android操作系统. Blackberry, Windows phone and other operating systems are not supported. For these devices, use our web-based 移动 banking site at 移动.wodiety.com.

    Make sure that you have at least 100MB free space on your device. We recommend having at least 500MB.

Biometric Login (Face ID or Touch ID)

Setting up Biometric Login (Face ID or Touch ID)

After logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to enable biometric authentication or a passcode.

iOS设备:

Note: If you tap "Not right now" or a similar option, you will dismiss the settings for biometric (or passcode or PIN) login. 您可以随时通过访问我们的移动应用程序中的设置来启用其中一个选项.

If you enable biometric login, you'll see a confirmation screen. 这将让您知道,我们的应用程序将提示您登录与您选择的方法下次打开应用程序.

  • On iOS devices, this screen will dismiss itself after a few seconds
  • On Android devices, you must tap to dismiss the prompt

登录常见问题

    To protect your account's security, 登录失败五次后,系统将自动锁定帐户. 当提交错误的用户ID和密码组合时,会发生失败的尝试.
    If you have been locked out of your account, call us for help at 800.358.8228.

    Try resolving some of these common login issues:

    • Your 用户ID and 密码 are case-sensitive. Make sure you're typing in the correct case.
    • Make sure your device hasn't added unwanted capitalization, such as automatically capitalizing a letter that shouldn't be capitalized. Some devices may attempt to automatically capitalize certain words, or capitalize the first letter of a 用户ID or 密码.
    • If you have any special characters in your 用户ID or password, make sure your device is not adding a space after them. 例如,“example”.Me" might be autocorrected to "Example. Me" — note the space after the period.
    • Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or wireless signal. A poor signal may prevent log in and cause poor app performance.
